About UsThe Town of Clayton Fire Department provides fire and rescue services in the Town of Clayton as well as mutual aid to surrounding communities as requested.
Approximately 100 firefighters are assigned to the Clayton and Depauville fire companies, each based out of their respective stations. Our operations officers are the District Chief, Deputy District Chief, Clayton Station Chief, Depauville Station Chief, a Captain for each of the two stations, and appointed Lieutenants.. The Clayton Volunteer Fire Department holds meetings on the first Monday of each month at 7:00pm at Station One (Clayton). If a meeting falls on a nationally recognized holiday, the meeting will be delayed to the following day at the same time. Elections are held at the annual meeting in December. |
